Tampon 83/2US-E
A pad printing machine equipped with two printing units incorporated in a single support structure, it allows the labelling of one or more parts of the glasses (right and left temple, any part of the frame or presentation lenses) in a single operation. In this innovative version of the Tampon 83/2US double stroke, two stepper motors have been fitted to move the pads, eliminating the end-of-stroke knocks of the pneumatic version due to mechanical stops and making set-up simpler and more intuitive. The special construction of this machine allows unsurpassed versatility of operation and the particular shape of the pad holders allows access to the areas to be printed on practically all parts of the frame. In addition, the double pad system saves considerable time considering the fact that the frame can be picked up only once to stamp in two different places with different lettering and possibly different colours. This particular model with its ceramic inkwell eliminates the need to use a doctor blade to clean the cliché, thus eliminating wear and tear on the cliché, and promotes the use of steel clichés with a foil thickness of around 1 mm, measuring 150 mm in length and 100 mm in width. The electronic part of the control system is a touch-screen that easily displays all the commands for centring and the various work programmes that the machine can perform. The Tampon 83/2US-E is at the top of the range of machines for pad printing on spectacle frames and the like.
Tampon 83/1S-E
This pad printing machine allows for the marking of one or more parts of the glasses (right and left temple, any part of the frame or presentation lenses). In this innovative version, a stepper motor has been fitted to allow precise positioning of the inscription to be collected and the printing position. This solution eliminates the end-of-stroke knocks of the pneumatic version due to mechanical stops and makes set-up simpler and more intuitive. The special construction of this machine allows unsurpassed versatility of operation and the particular shape of the pad holder allows access to the areas to be printed on practically all parts of the frame. This particular model equipped with a ceramic ink cup eliminates the use of a doctor blade for cleaning the cliché, thus eliminating wear and tear on the cliché and promoting the use of steel clichés with a foil thickness of approximately 0.5mm measuring 150mm in length and 100mm in width. The electronic part of the control is a touch-screen that displays in a simple way all the commands for centring and the various work programs that the machine can execute. The Tampon 83-E is at the top of the range of machines for pad printing on spectacle frames and the like.
LM miniprint
DO YOU WANT TO BRAND YOUR PRODUCT WITH LOGOS, TRADEMARKS, CODES, ETC.? ETC.?
Here is the practical, economical, simple and clean answer to do just that. LM, since it was founded more than 25 years ago, has been producing pad-marking machines for industry and has now decided to offer an "everyday" machine that is very easy to use so that even small businesses can customise-code-mark their objects. This machine has been designed for laboratories, chains and optical shops that need to indelibly personalise their products in a short time. All they need is a simple 220 volt power socket, the LM MINIPRINT works immediately, with a foil cliché and a hermetic inkwell with colour inside, and is able to print on any material, even those with irregular surfaces (concave and convex).
Manual hot stamping press
Small manually operated press suitable for embossing or bas-relief printing of lettering or trademarks on temples and details of eyeglasses or other objects, using the technique of thermal transfer from tape, which can be multi-coloured. This simple-to-use equipment is suitable for small productions or single customisations and is equipped with electronic control of the processing temperature and acoustic signalling of the pressing time. The support supports for the piece can be customised according to the object to be printed. The maximum printing size is 40x15mm and the punches are interchangeable.
Seal press for hot printing
The hot foil stamping machine is suitable for embossing or bas-relief stamped lettering or trademarks on eyeglass temples and details or other objects by means of the heat transfer technique from tape, which can be multi-colour. The machine has been designed to be particularly easy to handle and centre and is therefore supported by innovative PLC technology that allows precise adjustment of the belt feed, punch temperature and printing time. The part support is fully adjustable and easily adapts to all parts to be printed. The maximum print size achievable is 40x15mm and the punches are interchangeable, this to obtain a very good quality even on small lettering.
Tampon 83
The Tampon 83 printing unit allows printing on concave, convex, or otherwise irregular surfaces regardless of the type of material within the normal range of use for this printing process. The Tampon 83 uses photo-etched plates in hardened steel or, for small to medium quantities, in nylon-print. The structure consists of a solid iron base. All moving parts are hardened and ground, mounted on self-lubricating bearings, to ensure smooth running and long life of the parts. The machine's operating functions are performed by electropneumatic devices. Centring, setting up and cleaning operations are made very easy thanks to the special design of the machine.
Tampon 83/2US
Pad printing machine equipped with two printing units incorporated in a single support structure, it allows the marking of one or more parts of the glasses (right and left temple, any part of the frame or presentation lenses) in a single operation. The special construction of this machine allows an unbeatable operating speed and the particular shape of the pad holders allows access to the areas to be printed on practically all parts of the frame.
Moreover, the double pad system means considerable time savings, considering the fact that the frame can be picked up only once to seal in two different places with different markings and possibly different colours. The cliché-holding platens with which the machine is normally equipped allow the insertion of clichés measuring 40mm.x100mm. On request, the machine can be equipped with support platens of special sizes. The moving mechanical parts are secured by ball sleeves and hardened guides. The cliché-holding platens and the adjustment structures are constructed in such a way as to obtain good operation and resistance to wear.
The electronic control part is entrusted to a PLC that guarantees safe and reliable operation.
If you add up all the features and the hundreds of machines produced in these forty years, the Tampon 83/2US is certainly at the top of the range of specific machines for pad printing on spectacle frames and the like.
