Sheets cutter evolution
Automatic machine for making strips from plastic strips up to 1.5 metres long. The feeder has a capacity of 20 strips of 10 mm thickness, the width of the strips can vary from a minimum of 45 to a maximum of 195 mm and they can be 4 to 12 mm thick. They are fed in via a motorised belt. The cutting of the strips is carried out by two opposing blades driven by a servomotor (with a considerable saving of electrical energy) and then split by a pneumatic piston, this allows a clean and linear cut without any residual processing or material waste. All the adjustments for setting up the machine are simple and intuitive. The operating controls are controlled by a 7" touch screen panel ( industry 4.0 ) and a latest generation PLC which guarantees reliability and productivity to the machine.
