Fresa tubetti a "V"  super plc

The super PLC "V" tube milling machine has been designed for cutting "V" tubes with the possibility of varying the inclination of the cut at 120° or 140° (other inclinations are available on request). The prerogative of this machine is the speed of execution and the considerable range of movement settings according to requirements and the various types of tubes, all thanks to the PLC installed in the control box. The "V" s. PLC tube milling machine also has the possibility of cutting an eyeglass on both sides in succession thanks to a mechanism for moving the clamp which can be inserted at will by moving a selector on the control panel. Operation of the machine is electropneumatic. The movement is carried out by compressed air pistons to approach the workpiece and by hydraulic brakes to adjust the working stroke. Both are adjustable according to requirements. The machine base is tilted forwards to ensure comfortable workpiece insertion. It is also equipped with an electronic speed variator (inverter) which allows the use of a considerable number of working speeds, thus allowing, depending on the material to be milled, an excellent finish to be obtained.

Electronic "V" tube cutter

The electronic "V" tube milling machine has been designed to cut the tube (barrel) in a "V" shape with the possibility of varying the inclination of the cut at 120° or 140° (other inclinations are possible on request). The prerogative of this machine is the speed of execution and the considerable range of movement settings according to requirements and the various types of tubes, all thanks to the microprocessor (PLC) installed in the control box. The electronic "V" tube milling machine has a self-centring vice so the cut on the tube will always be in the centre of the piece. Operation of the machine is electropneumatic. The movement is carried out by 2 hybrid electric motors which allow adjustment of the speed of approach to the workpiece and the length of the working stroke. The vice is closed by an air piston. The machine base is tilted forwards to ensure comfortable workpiece insertion. It also has 2 additional hybrid motors, which allow the speed of the cutters to be varied from 0 to 1800 rpm without letting the motors heat up at low speed. The machine is equipped with a "4" inch touch screen panel ( industry 4.0 ) from which adjustments can be made. Cutter rotation speed, cutting depth and milling speed can be set via the same panel.
Milling machine model AF/2 PN

Semi-automatic machine for end trimming temples and fronts. Simple set-up and easy operation allow high production rates. The clamping system, acting with counterpoints on the hinge hole, allows considerable precision. The machine is equipped with an electronic speed variator so that a large number of speeds can be used depending on the material to be machined. A microswitch also allows the direction of rotation of the cutters to be changed instantly. The workpiece clamping collets and carriages are controlled by a pneumatic circuit, allowing high machining speeds with the possibility of using both carriages independently.

Milling machine AF/2

End milling machine designed for milling temples and face plates, allowing the two parts to be optimally matched. Simple set-up and easy operation allow high production rates. The clamping system, actuated by pneumatic cylinders, acts with two tailstocks on the hinge bore, thus allowing high precision. The manual workpiece feed carriages are mounted on ball sleeves and hardened columns to allow optimum smoothness. The machine is equipped with an electronic speed variator (inverter) which allows precise adjustment of the speed of the cutter and its direction of rotation, thus allowing an excellent finish to be obtained depending on the material used.

Semi-automatic machine, with functions controlled by a latest-generation PLC, for end trimming temples and fronts. Simple set-up and easy operation allow high production rates. The clamping system, acting with counterpoints on the hinge hole, allows considerable precision. Clamp closure and cycle start are controlled by push buttons connected to a bi-manual safety control unit which makes the machine CE compliant. The machine is equipped with an electronic speed variator (inverter) which allows precise adjustment of the speed of the cutter and its direction of rotation, thus allowing an excellent finish to be obtained depending on the material used.

Milling machine AF/2 PN MB

The rod end trimming machine is suitable for end trimming temples and fronts. The workpiece is clamped directly on the hinge so that the same identical processing is obtained on all milled parts. The simple adjustments on the machine allow rapid set-up and the latest generation of protective devices ensure the highest possible level of operator safety. The clamps holding the workpieces to be milled are of the pneumatic type and have two holding cylinders, one of which blocks the hinge while the other stops the workpiece in position. The disc milling cutters to be used must not exceed a maximum Ø of 63mm, the thickness is variable according to requirements. Clamp closure and cycle start are controlled by push buttons connected to a bi-manual safety control unit, which in turn depends on infra-red ray anti-intrusion barriers. The machine is equipped with an electronic speed variator (inverter) which allows precise adjustment of the speed of the cutter and its direction of rotation, thus allowing an excellent finish to be obtained depending on the material used.

Milling machine 707

This machine is suitable for end trimming the temple and the nose and allows to obtain an excellent coupling between the parts, keeping it precise even after prolonged use of the machine with a tolerance of +/- 0.02mm. The special feature of this machine is also its versatility of use, in fact it can be used by quickly changing the tooling according to the machining operations to be carried out (cutting blocks like Ray Ban, cutting particularly long temples, straight cutting of tubes to close the rim, cutting of one-piece rims and other milling operations on request). The FPN 600 nosepiece milling machine has been designed to create a radiused or parallel milled seat on the edges of the nose pads or bridges, thus obtaining a good degree of finish on the interlocking section and ideal support of the adherence points with the rest of the frame.
